Located along the Icefields Parkway approximately 91 km north of the Trans-Canada Highway junction, Rampart Creek Campground sits against a backdrop of rugged mountain terrain alongside the North Saskatchewan River valley. This primitive campground has 51 unserviced sites accommodating tents or RVs up to 10 metres (35 feet), with solar-treated potable drinking water, outhouse facilities, cooking and picnic shelters, firepits, and food storage lockers. Reservations are required and can be made through the Parks Canada reservation line at 1-877-737-3783. There is no cell phone service along the Icefields Parkway.
